The incident took place around 9:44 AM when a German Shepherd ran onto the freeway, prompting several vehicles to stop suddenly. This led to a crash involving a silver Lexus IS300, a Honda Civic, and a Ford Explorer.
Emergency services responded quickly to the scene, deploying multiple units for traffic management and scene control. Initially, all lanes were blocked, causing significant delays and congestion for motorists during the busy morning commute.
