A traffic collision on Interstate 605 North in Norwalk, CA, caused significant traffic disruptions early this morning. The incident occurred around 3:52 AM near the Firestone Boulevard off-ramp, involving one vehicle that was blocking the High-Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane and additional lanes.
