A traffic collision involving three vehicles occurred today on Interstate 15 North near Carroll Canyon Road in San Diego, CA. The incident took place around 4:14 PM when a black SUV lost control, struck a guardrail, and subsequently collided with a blue Toyota RAV4 and a black Honda CR-V. The driver of the Honda CR-V reported no injuries and was able to drive the vehicle away from the scene.
Emergency services responded promptly, and traffic control measures were implemented to manage the situation. While the Honda CR-V remained drivable, the status of injuries for the other involved parties is currently unknown. The blue Toyota RAV4 and the black SUV sustained significant damage, with the latter blocking part of the main lanes.
As a result of the collision, traffic was impacted, with lane closures in effect on the northbound side of Interstate 15. The left and center lanes were obstructed, causing delays for motorists in the area. A tow truck was called to assist with the removal of the vehicles involved.
